Empowering people to live healthier, more harmonious lives through food.

Living this Mission

Food is a thread that runs through all aspects of our lives, from the way we produce and trade it to how we consume and discard it. The choices we make every day matter.

A collective shift is occurring in how people understand the concept of ‘good food’. We are finally realising that environmental, social, and health impacts, along with impacts on all other creatures who share this planet, matter at least as much as our food’s look, taste and cost.

We are working through Comida Viva to support this transformation. We believe a greater emphasis on plant-based, organic food will help bring about a more balanced, healthy, respectful and compassionate world. Sharing ideas, encouraging debate, connecting curious people and supporting people’s individual transformations is part of how we do this.
But this doesn’t mean that food can no longer be fun! Or delicious! And that’s also where we come in.

A big part of our work involves creating opportunities for people to experience high quality, delicious, nutritious and beautiful organic, plant-based food. And when people realise it’s way better than they imagined, we help them gain the skills to make it for themselves….
