Pablo Castellanos

A journey of self-discovery saw me leave behind a successful career at top international restaurants, including Spain’s three Michelin star ‘El Bulli’, in search of new ways of eating and living.

My voyage took me deep into the Amazon, to the banks of the sacred Ganges, and to master teachers such as Gabriel Cousens at the ‘Tree of Life’ Centre in Arizona.

Now I use my talents in new ways: to help broaden people’s understanding of what constitutes ‘good food’ and their beliefs about what they do and don’t like; and to create food that is truly nourishing as well as beautiful and flavoursome and help others learn to do the same.
